I've Gone

When I was still dispatching I had lost my composure in front of the wrong person and was sent to class on my time and at my cost. I did get something out of the class.  What I really got was a company sponsored excuse to go home anytime I feel myself getting upset. I've done this twice and I told the bosses that they couldn't discipline me for using a tool learned in a class that they made me go to. My company has never really figured out that leaving me alone is the best plan of action.
